About Me | From Bitcoin ATMs to WordPress Sites: My Journey in CRM, Tech, and Virtual Support

Over the past ten years, I’ve built a career I’m truly proud of one that combines my love for technology, my passion for excellent customer service, and my drive to help businesses grow. I’ve worked across various industries and international markets, supporting teams, leading operations, and delivering solutions that make life easier for both clients and coworkers.

My work has always been centered on people. I specialize in managing CRM platforms, client onboarding, customer retention, and digital marketing strategies. I’ve had the privilege of overseeing the installation of over fifty Bitcoin ATMs across Texas and more than ten Bevel digital payment systems. I’ve also helped real estate professionals close over forty-five successful property deals by coordinating backend CRM tasks and keeping clients fully supported through every stage.

I’m comfortable using tools like Zoho, Clover, Office 365, Twilio, and Monday.com to simplify complex processes, improve communication, and enhance the customer experience. Whether it’s building workflows, troubleshooting systems, or training teams, I love helping businesses run more efficiently.

Beyond operations and client support, I also have a wide range of skills that include content creation, telemarketing, blogging, social media marketing, quality assurance, and graphics design. I’ve designed WordPress websites, managed email marketing campaigns, and helped brands shape their digital voice. I’ve worked with commercial banks, real estate firms, educational centers, marketing agencies, and payment solution companies each one adding valuable layers to my experience.

Training and leadership have also played a big role in my career. Every week, I deliver professional development sessions to over one hundred staff, covering customer service and workplace conduct. I enjoy mentoring others, watching them grow, and creating a team culture that values excellence, integrity, and personal growth.

I’m someone who believes in being fully prepared. That’s why I’ve invested in more than twenty essential software tools that I use to deliver top-notch service. I also pride myself on being friendly, reliable, and quick to learn new systems. Whether I’m working independently or as part of a team, I always bring my best to the table.

In addition to my work as a virtual assistant and operations coordinator, I’m also a social media influencer with a track record of collaborating with reputable brands. This has given me even deeper insight into digital engagement and brand communication.
